Free printable Red and White Christmas Gift Tags . . . use these pretty gift tags on wrapped presents or bags of goodies.
I don’t know about you, but I love using handmade gift tags on my Christmas presents every year. They are just so much more personal than the ones you can buy at the store. I used these simple red and white Christmas gift tags last year. The polka dots are my favorite! (I recommend this white cardstock.)
I made up a few variations. We hand out over fifty neighbor gifts every year, and I have found it is much easier to deliver if we just sign our name to the tags. So I made some that just have the “from” line. So much quicker than searching through dozens of goodie bags in a dark car trying to find the right name!
But of course for gifts under the tree, you need to know who the gift is for, so I made that option as well. (And isn’t that silver striped paper gorgeous?) I love how it looks under the tree with the simple gift tag attached.
I was pretty thrilled when I found these gift bags at Hobby Lobby. They went perfectly with my tags!
I filled some bags with homemade caramels, some with dipped gingersnaps, and some with peanut butter kiss cookies. Then all I had to do was tie the tags on with some curling ribbon. Quick and easy!
Oh, and here’s a trick I’ve learned. Getting the ribbon to curl is much easier with a pair of safety scissors. I keep a pair in my bin of curling ribbon.
