Strawberry Cheesecake Dip – This irresistible three ingredient dip is perfect for dipping fresh fruit, or even pretzel sticks or graham crackers.
I love fresh fruit, and there is nothing yummier than dunking it into a bowl of sweet and creamy dip. So good! We especially love eating fresh strawberries. I thought adding some chopped up strawberries to a simple dip would probably taste amazing, so I gave it a try. Oh heavens. This stuff is incredible people!
To say that my family loved it is an understatement. I started off by making a half batch just to test it out. We finished it off so fast I ended up making another batch the next day! I think several pounds of fruit were consumed at my house in those two days. So yummy!
This yummy fruit dip only has three ingredients, and you can whip up a batch in about 5 minutes. You can use any fruit you like, but of course it is amazing with strawberries. We also dipped bananas, apples, pineapple, and pretzel sticks. Trust me, this strawberry cheesecake dip will be a hit no matter where you serve it!
Handy tools for making strawberry dip:
Strawberry huller – this makes speedy work of removing the strawberry stem with very little waste. It also works great for tomatoes.
Strawberry Slicer – I have a heavy duty egg slicer that does the same thing, but this strawberry one is so cute! After you slice the strawberry, just turn it 90° and cut again for chopped strawberries that are all uniform in size. So handy.
Paring Knife – If you don’t have a strawberry slicer, and good paring knife and a cutting board will do the job just fine!
