30+ of the best ever fall recipes! When cool weather hits, it’s time to break out the cinnamon, pumpkin, apples, and eggnog. I’ve assembled over thirty incredible recipes that will not only taste amazing, they will make your house smell wonderful.
I may have mentioned once or twice or maybe thirty times that I enjoy baking. I may have also mentioned that fall is my favorite time to bake. And not just because I’ve put my oven on hiatus for the three months of 90° weather during summer and I’ve missed it.
The other reason I love baking during the fall is all of the amazing flavors. Pumpkin, cinnamon, apples, nutmeg. . . mmmm, yumm!
In honor of this fabulous time of year, I’ve put together a collection of 30 Fall Recipes. Some our mine, some are recipes I’ve found online that I want to try. I’ve divided them into two categories: Fall Breads and Fall Desserts. Hope you’ll check ’em out and give some of them a try!
FALL BREAD RECIPES
Here are a few of my favorite fall recipes:
White Chocolate Pumpkin Scones : These are my second son’s favorite pumpkin treat. Soft, tender, and loaded with white chocolate, who can blame him? Drizzle them with white chocolate and they are even more special.
Pumpkin Cinnamon Swirl Bread: Moist pumpkin bread with a ribbon of cinnamon sugar in the middle, and a layer of crunchy cinnamon sugar on top. Simply heavenly!
Dutch Apple Bread – Soft buttery quick bread loaded with apple chunks, and topped with a cinnamon crumb mixture. Yes please!
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread – If you love pumpkin cheesecake, give this pumpkin bread recipe a try. A ribbon of cream cheese filling makes it extra decadent.
Apple Snickerdoodle Muffins – Buttery muffins with chunks of apple, rolled in cinnamon sugar. My kids can’t get enough of these tasty muffins!
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Coffee Cake – Instead of a ribbon of cream cheese, this coffee cake has it on top. Toasted coconut and chopped pecans add a wonderful crunch. This is a perfect recipe for any fall brunch!
Cinnamon Eggnog Scones – I love baking with eggnog. I love baking with cinnamon chips. These scones combine both into an unbeatable scone that is perfect for fall as well as Christmas.
Applesauce Bread – a buttery oatmeal topping makes this bread simply irresistible! I’m calling it a fall bread, but it’s so good you will want to make it all year round!
Cranberry Eggnog Bread: This just might be my family’s favorite fall recipe. As soon as eggnog is available, I stock up just so I can make this soft yeast bread. Studded with dried cranberries and drizzled with eggnog glaze, it is spectacular!
Yeast breads not your thing? Give this Eggnog Quick Bread a try instead. A lightly spiced crumb topping gives it a nice crunch, and it is bursting with eggnog flavor.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins from The Novice Chef – I really need to try these muffins. They look like a miniature version of my cream cheese pumpkin bread, so they are bound to be good!
Caramel Apple Scones from Accidental Happy Baker – We love scones at our house, but I have yet to try a recipe for apple scones. Topped with caramel, these promise to be scrumptious!
FALL DESSERTS:
Caramel Apple Crisp – Apples and caramel go together like peanut butter and jelly. If you love caramel, give this tasty apple dessert a try. Don’t skip the scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Cranberry Apple Crisp – A can of cranberry sauce gives this apple crisp a pretty rosy color. Whenever I take it to a potluck, I get recipe requests. It’s simply amazing!
Pumpkin Cobbler – It doesn’t get much easier than this pumpkin dessert. As it bakes, it makes a luscious caramel cinnamon sauce that is wonderful with ice cream. It’s the most popular pumpkin recipe on my site!
Pumpkin Bundt Cake – I’ve never found another basic pumpkin cake recipe that I like better than this one. It is perfectly spiced and incredibly moist. Cream cheese frosting takes it over the top!
Favorite Pumpkin Pie – I never cared much for pumpkin pie until I tried this version. Sweetened condensed milk makes it super easy and extra tasty. Plus it has an unbeatable crust made with Biscoff cookies. A must try recipe!
Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Cake – A dose of pumpkin puree makes this cinnamon cake extra moist. Pockets of cinnamon sugar and a drizzle of icing make it reminiscent of a homemade cinnamon roll, but it is half the work!
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies – when you need a fast treat, nothing beats a homemade cookie. We sometimes like to switch out the chocolate chips for white or butterscotch chips. No matter what kind you use, these cookies are always perfectly soft and delicious!
Pumpkin White Chocolate Chip Cookies – If you prefer chewy cookies to cake-like cookies, this is the pumpkin cookie recipe for you! Soft and chewy, they are loaded with dried cranberries and white chocolate.

Caramel Apple Bread Pudding from Whitney Bond – Bread pudding with apple instead of raisins? Count me in!
Apple Pudding Cake with Cinnamon Butter Sauce from The Girl Who Ate Everything – I think this cake would be tasty alone. I think the sauce looks good enough to eat by the spoonful. So I’m sure that together they are phenomenal!
Caramel Apple Trifles from Love, Life, and Sugar – Everybody loves an individually sized dessert, and these little trifles almost look too pretty to eat!
Pumpkin Fudge from That Skinny Chick Can Bake – I’m a chocolate fan, but this spicy version of fudge actually looks better to me than traditional fudge.
