Roll a Pumpkin Halloween Game {Free Printable}

This printable Roll a Pumpkin Halloween game is fun for family night, or for school classroom parties! 

I seem to always be helping with classroom Halloween parties, so I am always on the lookout for a fun and easy Halloween game. Last year my mom introduced us to “Roll a Pumpkin”, and it is a great Halloween game for class parties, or just to play at home with your family.

The nice thing about it is that all ages can play together, and often times the youngest kids will win!

In a classroom setting, I think it would be best for younger grades. But my whole family played and they all had fun, even the teenagers. I wasn’t sure how they would like it, but since you have to roll the dice and  rely on luck, they got pretty competitive.

It was hilarious to see how they would get frustrated when they kept rolling the same number over and over again. It’s also pretty funny to see how the pumpkins turn out.

It’s actually pretty challenging when you end up having to draw all of the features before you get a chance to draw your pumpkin. We were all laughing after a couple of rounds.

To Play: Take turns rolling the dice and drawing the part indicated. If you roll a number you already got, you don’t get to do anything for that turn. The first person to draw a complete pumpkin wins! (We like to have a candy prize for the winner.)

I’ve included a free printable game card so you can use it for Halloween fun. In addition to the color copy, I also included a simple black and white version. It’s great if you need to make a lot of copies for a classroom or other large group.
