Printable Cookbook Covers- a great gift idea for graduates or new brides!
As some of you know, I work with the 12-18 year old girls at my church. I spent the last week up at girls camp with 30 of them, which is the reason for my online absence last week. We didn’t even get cell phone coverage, so I was totally unplugged. That doesn’t happen very often!
Anyway, this year we had 13 girls graduate. Yes, thirteen! They are the cutest girls, and I miss seeing them every week. But I am proud of them and happy that they are moving on to bigger and better things. They are at such a fun stage of life!
I wanted to give them something for graduation that they would be able to use as they head off into the real world. Since I love to cook, I decided to give them cookbook binders. I printed off several pages of my favorite recipes, but there is still plenty of room in the binder for them to add their own as well.
To deliver them, I just wrapped a bit of tulle around the binder and tied it in a knot. Tulle makes everything cuter!
I think these would also make a great bridal shower gift. Wouldn’t it be fun to get a collection of recipes from your mom, grandma, aunts, and cousins? I know I’d treasure it forever!
I whipped up some cute cookbook covers so that you can make a cookbook binder to give as a gift (or keep for yourself). I made them in four colors: blue, green, yellow, and red. Hope you enjoy!!
