This printable Valentine game is perfect for classroom Valentine’s. It’s a game and a treat all in one!
I am one of those crazy moms that likes to come up with creative Valentine’s for my boys to take to school for their classmates. I think we have only bought Valentine’s from a box one time. My boys are not really into making crafts (duh), but if candy is involved I can actually twist their arms into participating. LOL!
I found the idea for these Valentines from Shim and Sons last year. I showed them to my 7 year old this year, and he decided that’s what he wanted to give to his classmates. I was hoping there was a printable, but no such luck. I had to come up with my own, so I changed it up a bit. I wanted my son to be able to sign his own name, so I left that space blank. We made them together last night, and he had lots of fun!
If you want to make some, here’s all you have to do:
-Download and print the free Valentine printable: Tic Tac Toe Valentine Printable
-Cut out the game cards and the bag toppers. (My son cut out most of them.)
-Fold the bag toppers in half.
-Divide your M&M’S (0r other candy) by color. I filled the bags with 18 of each color so the kids could play four games. Fold over the top and tape it closed.
-Attach the bag toppers using double sided tape or staples.
-Now have your child sign their name and you are all done!
When I have my son deliver them, I will tape or staple the goodie bag to the back of the game card so they don’t get separated.
*I used baseball card sleeves for my bags. You can get them on Amazon. Sometimes I can find them at Walmart with the baseball and Pokemon cards. They are a little tricky to find, but they look like this:
I think these would also be fun for a classroom Valentine party. 🙂

This is cute! I am going to do this for my student’s at school. My daughter has made a music cd starting in pre-k so we just continued on the tradition. We put her favorite songs from that year on it. Several of her friends have one from each year.

They sell little bitty zip lock bags at Micheals they say not for food, but baseball card ones probably do too. They are cheap and handy (I use mine for beading.) You’d have to ask where I don’t remember, but they had a few different sizes.
