These Peppered Meatballs are tender and juicy, and packed with flavor. Served with a light creamy dill sauce, they are a hearty dish the whole family will love!
I’m taking a much needed day off today and going shopping and to lunch with my mom. I am sooo excited! She’s my best friend, and I love spending girl time with her. My life has been so hectic it’s been weeks since we’ve seen each other, and I can’t wait, so I’m not going to be my usually chatty self today.
Let me just say that I experimented and came up with this recipe for Peppered Meatballs with Dill Sauce, and it was a huge hit at our house.
Don’t be scared off by the large amount of pepper in the meatballs. They were not to spicy at all. Promise. Even my youngest son ate them without complaint. OK, he actually gobbled them up. Give ’em a try!

I love black pepper and the more the better. These could never be too spicy for me and that dill sauce looks superb.
